So we are drinking water everyday, day and night. It's great to drink a lot of water, especially if you are in a hot weathered country. But do you know a time where drinking water is specially encouraged in term of maximizing the effectiveness of our body?
1. 1 glass of water after waking up in the morning. This habit can make your internal organ be active for the rest of day and also keeping you hydrated after you've been dehydrated for the rest of your night through your breath and skin.
2. A glass of water before having a meal can help for a better digestion, so you won't have a hard time throwing your shits afterward.
3. A glass of water before taking a shower. This way can reduce your blood pressure and will reduce the risk of having a headache or even a stroke.
4. Also a glass of water, before going to bed to avoid heart attack or stroke disease in your sleep.
